Thankyou for accepting the space discovery mission! Recently, our astrologers found a new mysterious planet, but so far we don't know anything about it! We're inviting you to visit the mystery planet and help us find out everything we need to know about it. The first stage of your mission is to research the other planets in our solar system to find out why the mystery planet is different from the others. You will be creating an Inspiration mind map and posters about the planets to educate your fellow astronauts about our solar system. The second task in your mission is to create a Powerpoint about one of the planets. This is a necessary step in your mission as you need to become a solar system genius! Once we are confident with your knowledge about the solar system, you will be given an invitation to join NASA on our space flight to the mysterious planet. Here is where you will be completing your third task. This task requires you to create a Spider Scribe which includes all the facts and information about the planet. Most importantly, you will be given the highest honour of naming the new planet! When you return to Earth, you will start the fourth task. See, here at NASA, our travel department have been having trouble getting people to travel to the planets. You will be given video-recording equipment and by using this equipment and the iMovie software, you are to create a 5 minute advertisement about your new planet and why people should visit your planet. Let your imagination and your creativity run wild!
